"Ronch. Ronch. Ronch..."

I've become very popular recently, which came as a surprise to me! For the last few deviations, my inbox has been just piling up, calculating some 100 to 150 messages for each piece, so be patient with me. I hope to answer everyone's messages as soon as I can!

Anyway, this is a gift for Rorschach's 69th birthday — I'm a day late, but it's okay. Rorschach in Gotham has been getting very INTENSE lately, so I thought I'd post something "fluffy" to spice things up. Originally, I wasn't going to post this, but my WatchFriend, V.M.L, insisted I should. Although it's cute as hell, I thought the drawing was slightly out-of-character; she said that it was completely in-character. I suppose it depends on everyone's personal tastes. Hurm.

The scene goes that Rorschach and Catwoman had an argument during a stakeout. Each one is too proud and too stubborn to apologise, or to admit whose fault it was. They've been around each other a little too long. The minutes go by one by one. Rorschach pulls his mask up to his nose and munches on sugar cubes, breaking the painful silence between them. He glances at her. She's BORREED! She hates stakeouts because of all the waiting and shifts uncomfortably in her seat on the building ledge, swinging her feet over the edge like an impatient 6-year-old girl in a giant chair. Rorschach places a sugar cube on between them. A peace offering, perhaps? Or a thank-you? Catwoman looks at it, puzzled at first, and then "Awwww!" smile. She pinches his little gerbil cheeks, his mouth full of sugar cubes, and goes, "Thanks for the sugah, baby!" and inches over for a "kitty kiss". And Rorschach is like "WHAT THE FUUCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKK!!!!" That's what he gets for sharing his sugar cubes. (And that's why never shares them EVER AGAIN!)
